How are your prices so low?

We are able to offer our featured collections online in such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than retail shop. For example, we do not employ a sales staff, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these jewelry, we can pass the savings onto our customers.

What is the delivery time for orders?

All orders will be shipped out from GemMode.com (Shanghai,China). After your payment was charged, we'll have 2-3 days to process your order. You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-4 days for UPS Delivery to reach your hand. Normally you can enjoy your selections in within 7-9 days after you place an order on GemMode.com. GemMode.com provide our customers Fast Delivery as it’s well customer service.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.

When should I order?

Can I return and exchange items?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 20 days of the date of you placed the order for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

Return for refund, the customer should burden the fee send back to us .

Return for exchange, the customer should burden the shipping fee of sending back to us and the shipping fee we re-send back to you.

All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products that are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products that are not returned with the free gift.
