To return your purchase, please follow these simple instructions:

Can I return and exchange items?

All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 24 hours after your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 20 days of the date of you placed the order for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for refunds.

Return for refund,the customer should burden the fee send back to us .

Return for exchange,the customer should burden the shipping fee send back to us and the shipping fee we re-send back to you($18).


All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

2. What is your address for returns or exchanges?

We usually advice GemMode.com customer to contact our staff before sending items back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us. We'll tell you the best way to handle your returns or exchanges and what you can expect from our end. In the event if you want to return your orders, please Contact Our Staff, we will give you more instructions how to proceed the return things.

Can I get a refund?

You will be eligible for a refund claim within 20 days from the date you placed your order. For refunds, we will issue you an immediate refund of the value of your returned goods minus 10% re-stocking fee.For the best arrangement, please contact our staff to serve your return request.

This is a store policy set by management. We need to charge a nominal fee in order to offset the cost of order processing.
